Vintage Coffee Bar Cabinet

Tuesday, March 31, 2020

Today's makeover is another fun one, and surprise, it's another white piece, crazy right?

My mom has been using this little cabinet that used to be my great-grandmas for her coffee bar for a couple of years now.  Originally we just slapped some white paint on it (before I started refinishing furniture and actually new what I was doing) and grabbed some random knobs.

Well, it needed a little refresh and needed to be refinished the right way!  So she brought to my house along with another piece I am refinishing for my sister!

Spring Blue Dresser Makeover

Tuesday, March 24, 2020

Hi Friends!  I hope everyone is staying safe and healthy and making the most of their time at home! Like reading my blog posts ;)

Today I have a spring makeover with a pretty blue color called Fancy Frock from Country Chic Paint!  I am loving the white-washed raw wood look on top if you haven't noticed, so we have another version of that for you today!

Let's get right into the makeover! I was an awful blogger for this makeover and did not take ANY pictures during the process at all, so I will do my best to explain what I did!

White Farmhouse Hoosier Cabinet

Tuesday, March 10, 2020

Hello Friends!

Today I am going to be sharing something with you that I never do, hardly ever.  A WHITE FARMHOUSE PIECE!

I'm not gonna lie I HATE painting things white.  Okay maybe not hate, but I definitely don't like it.  I just never have luck with it and no matter how much I prime, I STILL get bleed through!

But, I still did it.  I pushed through and created this beauty to share with ya'll!

No, I did not build a whole piece, BUT I DID build a wine rack into a piece, and for my first time actually ~building~ anything, I'd say it came out pretty dang good!

Let's just get right into this makeover!
